How long does it take to process an order?We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible but we are a family business, working with human hands at an unprecedented time with the Corona Virus and are currently shipping orders every Tuesday that are received up to midday the day before. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped. Please allow 1 to 2 working days for your order to arrive in the UK.

What about shipping times?At the moment we offer shipping within the UK and overseas to Europe. If you live elswhere, please drop us an email on shop@jamaicainn.co.uk and we'll do everything we can to accomodate! Shipping times: UK - 1-2 working days EU - 3-5 working days We hope to ship to the rest of the world in due course We ship once a week via courier. Orders are collated every Monday at midday and shipped every Tuesday morning. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped with tracking information.

And shipping costs?To keep things as simple as possible we're using a simplified shipping system based on weight. Shipping will automatically be added to your total on checkout. UK - 1-2 working days < 1kg - £2.45 1-2kg - £3.62 2-5kg - £6.71 5-10kg - £7.72 +10kg - £10 European shipping costs are calculated automatically using destination country & total order weight

Do you take returns ?All international orders are final sale unless faulty. If the item you receive is faulty, or you wish to return it, you can do so provided you inform us within 14 days of the courier’s recorded delivery date. Please email shop@JamaicaInn.co.uk with your order number, reason for return and photo of any issue. The item must not be used and must be returned 'as new'. Once you have emailed us about your return, we will confirm and advise you where to send it. You then have 14 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received, we will issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.
